A question to those that might know, but mostly to the residents of Belgium, the Netherlands and Germany.

On the home page of EBCU, located at
http://www.dma.be/p/bier/5_1_uk.htm

Under heading
2. EBCU Objectives

It is mentioned that the three countries Belgium, the Netherlands and Germany has a taxation that favours small scale breweries.

Does anyone know more about these laws?

Some of the questions I am looking for answers to are:

1)
What is the maximum volume that counts as small scale?

2)
What tax reductions does the brewery have?

3)
When were these laws passed?

4)
Has anyone tried to make this law pass for the entire EU?

5)
Can I find information about these laws in English somewhere?

6)
Any more information you have that you think would be useful for me?

It's very nice, the 10 however is remarkably well made.
Yes, the 10 is superior. However, since they had both in stock at my local store, I got two of each. Now, let's see some Westvleteren in those stores...

Ever tried the Stille Nacht, gnoff?

A friend of mine has some three cases of Wesvleteren at home, not the 12 though, think he said 8.

Pretty sure I have never tried Stille Nacht, is it good?

Some are wonders of the craft, other sound (at first) like atrocities against nature, but are actually quite good as well. Their "120 Minute IPA" is 20% abv!

Drinking their Immort'Ale right now... very thick dark beer, really more like a barley wine. Excellent, though! And 11% to boot! :D
