I actually don't know! Probably my parents must've had one.
But most times you have to send them to Child Support Services, the Health Insurance and your employer (here in Belgium).

People aren't even glancing over as they walk by, which I don't understand. How are people not curious enough about things that they don't look around as they walk from point A to point B?

If I'm at work or school or somewhere and something's going on that's different in any way at all from normal, I'm like, ooh what's that? I thought that was normal but apparently not.

Nope. I don't look around that much actually and in school..I didn't care enough to look further than where I was going lol Hopefully you have some luck though. We used to be able to sell ours back to the bookstore at the end of the term.

We borrowed ours form school. Advantage, a certainty to return them, and it was cheaper than actually buying them.

Sounds typical.. my school did the same thing but it was better than trying to find someone to buy them.
