Please tell me this trainer is a registered dietitian? or at least that they took into consideration your height, weight, sex, age and activity level when they figured it out... Sorry, I have seen too many people put on huge deficits with a million restrictions for no reason and with no training on the subject either.
Yep we went through the whole thing. Got my height, weight and age, asked what I do for work and how often I train, then did a 3 point pinch test to work out my ~ body fat percentage. I even told him my goal was to get my jeans loose enough so that I could get fat on holidays without having to buy new "fat" pants. He was a tad surprised by this but accepted my wishes.
He'll be tracking my progress weekly for 6 weeks and give me a program to follow in the gym. He's yet to show me new leg/stomach exercises but I think we're doing that tomorrow.
