don't know, it felt stiff from the workout I didn't on monday.
and when I was running yesterday it started to hurt more and more.
I'm thinking my ankle just isn't used to it anymore since I've been wearing boots for the past 12 years (maybe even longer)
That's possible. When you bought your running shoes did you have someone fit them for you or were they just 'off-the-shelf'? You may need ones with better support. I'm sure if you take it easy for a bit it will eventually get used to it. I know my shins took quite a while to stop hurting when I first started walking. I have changed my route a little in the past few days and my knees have been complaining also![]()
I just took them off the shelf and tried a couple different sizes to see which pair felt best.
Give it a while, just don't over do it. If they don't stop complaining in a couple weeks you may need better shoes.
yeah I'll do that, I'll just won't do any walking this week and focus on other stuff.
biking isn't a problem at all... it's just one part of my ankle that's fucked.
That sucks when you can't do what you want.
well I don't mind doing other stuff, I do a full body work out anyway, so I'll focus on my upper body tomorrow, and hopefully by monday my ankle is able to hold my weight again![]()
