We do have Scrubs in german here But I have got some english episodes, too, because I love english so much. There is no problem with understanding (actually less, than in german, because the translations of some jokes are very lousy).

Or when JD planned that big surprise to tell Carla, that she's pregnant and she tells Turk, that she's so looking forward to tell everybody of being pregnant. So JD shouts: Abort the plan, abort the babies! (little baby shaped balloons). In german you can't use the same word for "abort a plan" and "abort a baby". Result: "brecht die Babys ab" -.-
-> Not funny either...

Oh, and all that times, when Elliot talks german she talks danish in the german translation. That doesn't fit very often either...
