I'ev been before, and it's awesome!

Good food (if you like meat, dumplings and saurkraut), good beers (if you like Czech beer), nice people, beauiful buildings and city center, lots of pubs

I can recommend a journey to Plzen as well, to visit the Pilsener Urquell brewery, the brewery museum and the restaurant that sells unfiltered and un-pasteurized Urqurell.
