I do not want to lose weight because someone is telling me to. I have never been skinny, nor do I plan to be. I am just aiming to lose a bit of weight in order to get back in shape- some personal stresses on me including my mother pasing away have taken their toll on me, and I want to fit inso some clotehs that I was wearing 2 years ago- because as stated before I am a cheapskate. But that does not mean anyone should.
