cannoli are desserts, they are like little/medium sized tubes made of pasta (obviously not the same "pasta" of the "pasta" you surely know, it is made of wheat, butter, sugar etc) and then it is fried, once fried you put ricotta (fresh cheese) mixed with sugar inside..

they are really tasty (if well-cooked obviously)

and real granita too.. because even in italy if you go outside sicily, they do not know how to prepare it, but if you eat granita in sicily it is completely another thing.. it is just awesome
