my father is catanese

anyway as i always say, italy has wonderful city and foods (italians are the real problem)

and in my opinion (which is anyway like most of the opinions here in italy) best food in italy is in sicily or umbria

What's a cannoli? I've heard it a lot of times in The Sopranos, but I have no clue what it is

cannoli are desserts, they are like little/medium sized tubes made of pasta (obviously not the same "pasta" of the "pasta" you surely know, it is made of wheat, butter, sugar etc) and then it is fried, once fried you put ricotta (fresh cheese) mixed with sugar inside..
