i went to hellfest this year it was fucking great! it's not overcrowded, the people are friendly, the showers are good, the lineups (judging by the history of the fest and of this year also) are stunning and the prices are very similar to wacken. i'm thinking of going next year also. the only things i didn't like in hellfest were the opening hours to the concerts area, it was never on time and some people could miss the first band if they don't go to the entry early, and the other thing is that the bands don't play many time... 30min most of them, some 50m and the headliners 1h30m maximum! still it's a great fest, i highly recomend it

They do have beer theer? Or do I have to import it from Belgium? (France is a whine country, not a big beer country)

beer from hellfest is awful. but they have lots of good beers inside the festival area like carlsberg, guinness, kronenbacher... and others. oh and they have wine was well... but i didn't tried except on the camping when i was on my tent i had oporto wine better wine in the world!
