Laila ist Syrierin, mit Wohnhaft in Dubai (V.A.E.)
Da sie also Ausländerin ist, muss sie einen Arbeitsvisa haben um in dem Land bleiben zu können.

Sie ist z.Z. ohne Stelle, d.h. ihr Arbetisvisa ist nicht mehr gültig.
Dafür muss sie einen neuen Arbeitsvisa anfragen um im Land (V.A.E.) bleiben zu können.

Wenn sie dat gemacht hat (und mit positiven Bericht), kann sie ihren Reisevisa anfragen für "Schengen". (Deutschland)

Aber DE (und EU) will die Sicherheit haben dass sie im Herkunftland wieder zurück kann. (und da das die V.A.E. wieder ist.....)

Mhhh, ja soweit mir ihrer Arbeit und Herkunft war mir das klar. Aber Visum ist doch Visum..darum geht es mir. Aber sie muss 2 Anträge stellen und das checke ich nicht.
