Yes I am but at this job I work 7 hours per day, total 35 hours. The new job will be (maybe) 12 hours X 3 and 4 hours X 1, total 40 hours. So actually 5 extra hours and at the same hourly pay rate that I am getting now.

yes it is a very long day, but the reward is 3.5 days off each week, instead of the normal 2.
