would be hard to explain all the reasons for my decision here on the forum, but i want happy with everything happening in my company.. plus i had to chose between leaving now as my contract ends and get all my benefits or renew my contract for another 3 years with a company that seems to be going nowhere .. and as per the stupid laws here if i wanted to leave any time during the 3 years i have to pay my company a penalty for that and i wont get any of my benefits ..
so i chose to leave now and get a better job somewhere else !!

wtf? You has contracts about 3 years?! Is that the standard in Dubai?
