I think it's funny, especially the odd looks I get when I do it.

Mine are house cats too. The leash keeps them safe while they get the same exercise and benefits of being outside once in awhile

The kitten is just getting used to it though. She got spooked last time and broke the leash and ran under the bush she became rather fond of.

Ok, it's 4am. I need to sleep before I screw up my sleeping pattern so bad I can't do my photo shoot and video work this weekend.

well IMO that dogs are meant to be taken out for walks & stuff .. while cats are more of indoor pets

I'm not allowed to have dogs, plus they tend to stink

So, I just train my cat to do the things the dog can do. Including playing fetch
