What I heard on the news yesterday was that the US has not really a Citizen Registration. I mean, my brother-i-l was able to live in 2 places at the same time! And that's why this Census counting was held every 10 years!

I mean, when you are born, you will be registered in the community you live, or am I wrong?

I'll ask my brother once. He should know, with 2 Americans in the family!

Yea I'm pretty sure you do. To the US, anyway.

It's the same here (in this case) but only after they returned.
The oldest 2 are born Americans. They obtained the Belgian nationality when Bush "threw them out of the country".
