Hadn't had ice cream for ages. Discovered our stash of it during the recent heatwave. Went down very well.

Hmmmm, now you're talking. Haven't had pizza in a while. Been having quite a few souvlakis lately. Those places always seem to be open late when nothing else is.

Yeah, think we got a few weird names for things like that. Basically, pita bread with meat (lamb, chicken or vegetarian equivalent), tomato, lettuce, onion, mayonaise and garlic sauce rolled up in it. Think it's called a kebab in most places.

they sell them at WOA, they call them Donner Kebaps there.
I ate one at a shop in Trier, it was awesome, much better than the Wacken Kebabs, and those are quite good.
Yeah, i saw them around in Germany, not a lot of other parts of Europe though. Most other places call them kebabs. Here a kebab is similar ingredients but on a stick (usually meat, salad, vegetables).
