150K Before WOA 2010

seems like Germans like classic horror movies, or at least their soundtracks
listening to a bunch on Youtube yesterday since we're playing them for marching band and there were quite a bunch of comments auf deutsch

oh I won $500 yesterday, sorta

we were loading equipment into the truck, the gong's pretty heavy so we usually take the gong off the stand and put them on seperately, and both parts are pretty heavy so people usually have to pick up each

I decided to lift the whole thing by myself using my shoulder under the top bar, mostly to see if I could... then I carried it over to the truck

people saw me and were like

this one guy was like, I don't even think I could do that, and he tried but couldn't
someone else saw him trying and was like, I'll give you $500 if you can do that

and then they were like, she just did it
and then I did it again for a second
they were like well I don't have $500 on me...

the funny thing is though I have no idea how I could do it when the other guy couldn't I'm not really strong
