Cortisone's always done me ok but i have to be careful to only take it for short periods.

Ask my wife about it.

Though, the body makes cortisone itself. But that's natural cortisone. Different from the chemical shit.

Yeah, if you take cortisone for too long the body stops making it's own which can cause you real problems. I've never had a problem with it but i take a medication that cortisone's a part of, it's not the sole ingredient - it's called prednisolone. I can get a bit hyper initially when put on a high dose but that's about it.
