there was a documentary on the history channel about him, it was pretty interesting

For sure, money is the key factor. It's what keeps me away from Europe most summers.

Well I don't know if I would believe in the whole 2012 Mayan calendar theory. But it would suck if it is correct.

I think that day will be significant but just in the sense of the galactic alignment, end of the calendar etc... not necessarily epic doom
I mean in Revelations they say the time is unknown... so why would it be 2012, if people are expecting that

yea and there's a reason for that, it's not supposed to be obvious
but I do think some form of apocalypse will happen in my lifetime, at least as long as I live a decent length life rather than dying next week or something
