150K Before WOA 2010

sorry, i can't be much help with that, im hopeless with computers. writing an email or typing on a forum is about as high tech as i get.

I'm pretty good with computers and programs I'm familiar with... throw me a new one though and I'm like for awhile till I figure it out

could be worse though, my grandpa couldn't even figure out how to open the internet when they got a new Mac computer [after having Windows]

I had a woman on the phone when I was still working at the tech support desk (woman of 96 btw) who did not even know on which mouse button to push

but together we managed to get her online and on her webmail

the paper in the end has to be double spaced, 2 pages, but I always write one page single spaced and then double it just makes it seem like less to do

I'm actually the most computer literate one in the house.

yea that's the story of old people I guess my grandparents aren't great, and even my uncles who are pretty good have asked me to help them do something
