we're in our peak touring season now. it's getting bloody hectic.
this month we've got queensryche, monster magnet, cannibal corpse and kreator.
Next month is Slayer/Megadeth, Terror, skid Row, The Dwarves/blood duster.
then November is Arch enemy/Suffocation, obituary, amon amarth and I've heard maybe Opeth.

Everyone's wallet is bleeding. we get 3 months of nothing in the northern hemisphere summer then it feels like you have to buy a ticket for something every week.
I'm going into debt but it's a lot of fun.

Listening to Kreator now. They're playing on Wednesday and Mortal Sin are supporting. I'm hanging for it. Saw them at metal camp a couple of months ago, they were brutal! new stuff is really good live too.

Going to be a very crazy weekend in the city. we've got the australian football final on in the arvo. people all start drinking middle of the day or earlier. it can get pretty hectic around town after the game.

the singer from monster magnet got really fat. they put on a really cool show down here though, much better than at graspop, especially the sound. pretty much a best of set with a few new ones in the middle, mostly dopes to infinity and powertrip stuff. got a big turnout too, sold out, 1300 people. wasn't expecting much but it was really good

I've got Megadeth in December, maybe Trans-Siberian Orchestra a few weeks later but likely won't be able to afford it after Megadeth
that's it sad when the Australian metal shows are better than here

well apparently they had practically a monsoon there lately, four days of nothing but rain
