4 tracks in and it's pretty good, pretty standard Dying fetus fare. Maybe a bit more mosh parts and riffs and a little less tech than their last couple. Liking it so far.

Cannibal Corpse were really fun last week. Pretty much 90 minutes of hair flying. Didn't miss a note though, had a pretty decent spot near Alex. Bloody hell that guy's a fantastic bass player. Mainly more recent material but a few oldies thrown in. Was pretty packed, place holds about 1300. Pit was pretty full on. Had to head back for a drink after about 5 songs and catch my breath. Me and my mate were thinkin 'I'm gettin to old for this'. Had a blast and was a bit too drunk when i ran into a few of them at the pub later on. Good times.

Rose Tattoo were great the next night too. Pretty small turnout, about 200 but it was really cool to have an intimate show where ya could walk down the front, go back for more booze and walk straight back to your spot. Good set list. Angry was in his usual talkative form and was in a humourous mood. Was especially pleased to hear southern Stars as the encore. fun night, many smiles in the crowd. great to see they're still goin. Was a great straight up rock show and they seemed to enjoy doin it.
