at night you can use earplugs
and there will be like a millon other things that will keep you from sleeping in Wacken .. cant ban everything but imagine having ppl play those annoying Vuvuzelas while the bands are playing ..

A bagpipe doesn't make that much noise as a vuvuthingy. Though you can get waken up by them.
