Why do people say they lost their train of thought? It would be really difficult to lose a train. I mean they're huge loud things that aren't found anywhere but on and around railroad tracks. Now if we lost our cell phones of thought, those things get lost all the time.

Animal is a funny word. You have "an" which is German for "on", "i" which means "I" or self, and then "mal" which means bad. So you end up with onibad. "Oni" looks like "omni" which is like omniscient. So then you've got omniscient bad. So "animal" actually means a psychic that can only predict all bad things.
