Ah ok...we´re talking about Bavaria

The Interrail (EU EUrail) guide I had 10 years ago talked about an age restriction in Bavaria.

And youth hostels can easilly be found through the German Youth Hostel guide. (or any national one)

Taking a train to Dinslaken
I remembered there being a big toilet facility there. which I could not use because I lacked small change

no, i didn't know mr.clean.just because you told us..i also dont' know where you could take a shower in the near of the station..

Normally in every big toilet area there.

In Köln Hbf it's near the back side of the station, near the MdDoof. In a small corridor connecting the 2 tunnels.
