how much free days do you have every year?

cool .. sounds like a fun vacation

i have 30 days off every year .. but i take more if i need .. my boss is nice and lets me take some off days when i have something to do

yeah i used to do lots of overtime .. and sometimes i go to the office in the weekend to finish work for him ..
but now there isnt much work .. so no overtime but he is still nice to me

they dont mean the same always .. you can sometimes feel tired because of workout or training .. but dont feel like you want to sleep ..
dont know if that is clear

ah okay. I do the same for my festivals Give some overtimes for free days on friday & monday for festivals.

yeah it´s clear...in Germany it´s the same...alternatively for me
"feel tired because of workout or training" alike "shiftless"
