though the ones over here are really poor.. the gouvernment keeps on cutting the budgets and stuff :/

They cut them a lot here too. That one runs off of donations. The one that's down the street from my house basically is just a youth center where they have video games, no instruments or computers or anything.

Here they're open all summer long and have activities after school seeing it's done on a 100% volunteer basis and they run off donations.
