Probably not except England.
All my hotels had bread, fruit, cold meat, cheese, yoghurt and cereal. Don't think they've heard of a proper cooked breakfast.

My ultimate breakfast would involve french toast, sausage, fruit, and either orange juice or chocolate milk. And maybe something random like spaghetti.
