Well the thing is, when you get a job interview, it's best to look clean cut, nice clothes, shaved, short hair... It really increases your chances of getting hired.
I bet you could look pretty dressy even with long hair though. Just comb it back or style it or something. Just be professional as much as you can otherwise, and work with your hair. I bet you could pull it off. And if not, they're idiots anyway.

well when the new owner takes over, I will dress better than I do now and plan to keep it combed back and pony tailed. Mainly because i don't know how the new management will look upon long hair. As for job interviews, it would depend on for what company and what type of job I would be interviewing for. With some jobs, long hair would not be a negative I think.
yeah i know and that what keeps me going .. but still its so tiring at least this first week .. think it will start to get easier now
Yea, good idea... hope it works out.
But no matter what, if getting a hair cut is what it would take to land a decent job, it would be the price I would have to pay. There's a much bigger issue to think of than hair.
