i cant bike anywhere here .. cant even walk .. will melt on the way from the heat ( and by melt i mean me not the icecream)

Well you wouldn't try to bike with the ice cream anyway, you stop there and eat it before turning around. Heat sucks though... if I manage to start doing this till the summer, I'll probably stop as soon as the pool opens and make that my exercise instead...
