Ended up doing the order through Relapse. They're always bloody reliable and their postage is reasonable.
Got Exodus 2xDVD/CD set plus new High On Fire and Dillinger Escape plan CDs. Still have to find the At The Gates 3xDVD set.

Relapse charged me Aus$62 for the Exodus DVD set and the 2 CDs including postage.
Nuclear Blast wanted Aus$107 for the Exodus and At The Gates DVD sets icl shipping, about $45 of that was postage. Heard they are very prompt and reliable though.

Was really impressed with Warner mail order. Got the last Mastodon in the special mail order packaging. They sent me the email to say it had shipped, weeks went by, nothing arrived. I emailed them after about 6 weeks and they actually found me a copy (it was a mail order only limited edition) and sent it out free no questions asked.
