I'll never understand why I should buy the biggest coke at a fast food restaurant when you have free refill in there.
But most people did it...
Yeah that is just dumb, but we Americans tend to over consume. That's why we have such a high obesity rate.

Because people are too lazy to get up to refill it. 
And probably because they want to be able to take more home.

Yeah true, California and Nevada. I only eat there when I travel to those states. I think that Burger King and Carl's Jr. are pretty good. I don't like Jack In The Box, except for their tacos.
