Only thing is, I can't get an international phone. Well I could technically, but the only good one on my provider requires a data plan, and neither me or my parents are willing to pay for that. So I'll have to figure something else out for that.

So... I learned something today. When parking at the mall, don't only remember the store you're parked in front of or other things around. Because the same store can have 3+ entrances.
And you'll never pick the right one to come out of. And then go the wrong way around.

Looks like I might get an international phone after all btw. Just need to make sure it can be unlocked for European SIM cards.
??? Why would you need a European Sim card? All you need is a phone that can work in Europe, which most current phones do. Just be sure your service provider works in the areas that you will be in. TMobile works well in Europe.
I know, but roaming charges are way more expensive than the SIM card if you use it for more than a few calls.
