Probably not... I'm horrible at finishing things I started.Either I get it done, or I get bored and decide it was a stupid idea in the first place and delete it.

i get bored easily too .. but i always leave stuff and go back to it every now & then ..

Yea I know the feeling... I don't like people to hear me sing or play keyboard.Drawing and writing though isn't so much of a problem. Since it feels good when people say I did a good job.
But you'll get over it... start showing it to me and I can help you along the way. :]
And... hm. You really want me to?![]()
i think u should try it .. and if u dont complete it .. just leave it and dont delete it ... u never know .. one day u might come back to it and complete it ..
I was writing a plot outline for another story yesterday. I decided I didn't like it, so I just started another one. The first one is still on my computer, and I think I might go back to it and rework it after the month is over.i get bored easily too .. but i always leave stuff and go back to it every now & then ..
I've wanted to start writing for a while, since I've been having many ideas for plots. I've also found myself creating characters in my mind to see how different types of people would react to different situations.
It does have times where it's frustrating though.Yeah, sadly when people say I did a good job I always get this feeling that they're just saying that to make me feel good, even if they truly mean it. I see all the flaws in my drawings and think that everyone else will see them too. This'll probably be the same with writing.
One of the things that really helps in the WriMo's is shutting off your "inner editor" and just write. Don't look back and change things even if you see alot of plot holes showing up. save that for after the month is over. Easier said than done.

*Is procrastinating, as always* I need to get this done before New Years.
I'll try to come on as often as I can.I do that too, but for this thing I'm flat out determined to finish.I've wanted to start writing for a while, since I've been having many ideas for plots. I've also found myself creating characters in my mind to see how different types of people would react to different situations.
Oh, and I started creating my own world a couple months ago actually. Haven't done much worldbuilding until a couple weeks ago though.
Creating worlds for stories is actually pretty fun.It does have times where it's frustrating though.
Yeah, I've always been an imaginative person I guess..
I guess that's just a personal thing. It happens... I do that to some extent. Most people do... thus the saying "you're your own worst critic".
Hm... I might do that to some point, but as far as proofreading as I go, I can't help that.![]()

Of course, you're allowed to proofread and things like that but just don't spend too much time on it.
Anyway, I need to keep going on my outline.*Is procrastinating, as always* I need to get this done before New Years.
See you guys later.I'll try to come on as often as I can.

You'll do fine I think. :] Main thing is, you have to make characters complex, like not just "the funny guy", "the genius", "the stupid kid" etc. Just pointing that out since that's a lot of what I hear about book criticisms.
Are you doing it just for the fun of it or to see if you can, or do you want to actually publish something?
Trust me.Yep, that saying definatly rings true.
Go for it.Of course, you're allowed to proofread and things like that but just don't spend too much time on it.

Yeah, I know all about that.Trust me.
Well, for now I'm just doing it for the fun of it but I think I'm going to try to publish something if I find I have a passion for writing.
It is pretty cool though.See you then.
But you have a PM btw.![]()
