thats cause Sabbath are the most talked about ... but there were lots of ppl before Sabbath who helped make Metal what it is now ..
very true. I do agree with most people that sabbath was the first truly Metal band of them all, I'd say that Deep Purple and Led Zeppelin were Metal at times, other times Hard Rock and sometimes hard Blues.
