yeah I know.. the mortgage broker who visited me yesterday just called me.. he could make some changes witch make the mortgage cheaper to pay off

tonight I'll visit an other mortgage broker.. so we'll see what happens.

I kinda failed this back to school thing. People have been telling me school starts on Wednesday, but one friend told me yesterday that it starts today. But better luck tomorrow, maybe I'll even get to school then.

since I'm single I don't need an insurance for when I die... since nobody would be living in the apartment then and the bank could just sell it.

the only thin gis that I need to put some extra money in the mortgage, it's a construction where you save money for 30 years and in the end you pay your dept at once...
