We actually need the rain. Been in a drought for several years. Population's going up and rainfall's going down so the state's water reserves are getting lower each year.
Still, this weather doesn't motivate you to get out and do anything productive.

I've been home from Europe nearly 3 weeks now. Really missing the festivals and warmer weather. Gddammit, i hate winter.
