I find reading it the easiest, but I've learned a lot by reading rather than focusing on verbal. I can't understand anything really when spoken to, which is kind of pathetic seeing I really don't know how I can work on that.

I know, a few more weeks with so much German I should get it. Though, I was starting to understand Dutch better than German by the end of Wacken.

i cant do that, i can only do it with languages i'm used to hearing so i'll learn maybe 3 words of dutch

Well I seem to pick things up easy. Of course I didn't know exactly what was being said but I could figure out what was being said after awhile. Shame I wasn't around longer.

I kind of did the same in Finland, though for some reason Finnish was easier for me.

Finnish was easier than German??? Craaaaazy. Even I find Finnish one god damn difficult language and it's my native.
