i'm more interested in art, i want to be a photographer, and all the stuff that uses photos: Serif, Photoshop, i'm already good with

I'm terrible with that sort of thing, but art has a high fail-rate with careers. It seldom brings in enough money to live off of unless you're really good and get lucky.

well, medical photography to be specific, but its still taking photos of things, just peoples mangled arms instead of people or landscapes

apparantly so i find it a bit obvious tho, would you go for a job app if it said something like

Medical Photographer:
will need to take pics of busted bodies
etc

Yea, but who would need that sort of work done anyways? Typically the person who is the doctor/detective/whatever does it themselves.

yea, i'm doing graphics too, so that should help, unfortunately, graphics and art have the two largest amounts of coursework, and i'm doing them both
