Eek, just found out one of my uncles has it. His brother and sister-in-law live with him but so far they are negative. Fingers crossed it stays that way; they're all meant to be visiting in a couple of weeks.

Don't know what's there to tell. :p We were mates first (not close at the time) for we don't remember how long. I accidentally gave him an excuse for us to hang out and get to know each other. He took me out on a real, proper, actual first date, which went really well. Bit of a long story but...
A tropical low is the closest we get to a cyclone this far south. On the rare occasions we get one, it's usually just non-stop (heavy) rain. We got a bit of a storm with it last night.
There's a golf course half way between home and our rehearsal space. The main road there was the one I was most concerned about crossing in the rain cos I know there's a river nearby. WELL, the flooding got so bad over the weekend that 6 bull sharks got washed into a lake at one of the holes...
