Yup. Luckily they're not anywhere near as bad in Finland as they are in other parts of the world... I watched this finnish police tv-show and there was game between two teams from Helsinki. There was some fights etc between the two teams "fans" and some of them ran away from horse riding police and someone even threw a chair at a horse...
