yeah.
And now they are trying to defend it by saying they followed protocol.
Who cares about protocol if it's clearly flawed...
I'm guessing I'll have to be at the special school again until thursday which means I gotta deal with the easter meal...![]()
So they had Vidcon in Amsterdam last weekend but it seemed like a bit of a farce.
What do you mean by farce?
I think tickets were like 100 euro or something.
I mean it wasn't huge success. You had to pay 100 euros and then if you wanna meet some youtuber, you need to apply for a meeting but there is only a chance you'll meet them, it's not guaranteed. And seemed the schedule was confusing and there wasn't much interesting stuff.
when I saw there was a vidcon (I noticed it a few months back) I was like. "O that might be interesting".
But than I saw the ticket prices, and I was like "fuck that shit"![]()
Yeah 100 is a really high price. Some finnish youtubers went there because they've been wanting to visit Vidcon but Anaheim is bit far away. But seems they were quite disappointed. Like the panels were not so greatly organized and there wasn't much to do anyway. Plus overpriced food and water.![]()
yeah I can imagine
But I guess it's super hard to make it as good as vidcon in anaheim. But that seemed like a whole different event.
I don't know how many editions they had in anaheim. but maybe it just takes some time to get to know all the good suppliers for stuff.
And I'm guessing the organisers don't really know how to handle stuff over here yet.
Yeah probably not. I wonder if it's gonna be in Amsterdam every year now or change places every year
or if there will even be a second edition at all![]()
