That doesn´t help with anything but makes life bit harder especially if the weather is bad.

yeah that was my point kinda.
It goes like this all the time.
We life in "the free world" and about 100k people worldwide want to stop us to do so (that's about the number of people who are a member of a terror group).
So therefore we have to ban all our freedoms because else they will take it away :o

Yeah we'll see how it works out.

But someone said that in Germany someone tried to take a bomb inside festival grounds in his backbag so I understand the decision.

backpacks get checked normally (you need to open them so they can have a look inside) so it's kinda hard to get a bomb in that way, which is also why he didn't get on to the festival ground.

also. you don't need to get to the festival ground to kill a lot of people.
Due to the security checks there's always a long queue, you can easily kill tens of people there too.

Yeah that's true. I don't usually have a bag with me so it doesn't really concern me but yeah I get your point.

And you can have a bomb on you or machete or whatever. Just can´t ban everything. But I can live with this so whatever. :ugly:

doesn't concern me either since I never have my backpack with me. but still. I just hink this kind of stuff is an overreaction.
It's limits the freedoms that we have and it's only gives a false sense of safety, and it can be really annoying to people who normally do bring backpacks. and else this will probably mean that the security checks will take longer.
