I haven't been in that many hotels actually

From what I recall, there would typically be:
Coffee
Tea (black and various herbal flavours)
Two types of juice
Water
Three kinds of cereal
Two kinds of milk
Toast (white, rye, maybe other flavours too)
Spreads including various flavours of jam, Nutella, butter, sour cream
Eggs
Sometimes there's sausages and/or bacon and/or beans
A variety of bread rolls including the pretzel kind
Two or three kinds of sliced cheese
Two or three kinds of processed meat (such as ham)
Cucumber, sometimes capsicum and/or other vegetables
Croissants and/or other cake-like goodies
Three kinds of yoghourt
Fruit salad
Whole pieces of fruit

So yes, I never walked out of a buffet breakfast room...I always rolled out...usually would have my next meal at 2pm or 3pm

And I always pass breakfast. The only thing I"m interested in, is coffee. Good (strong) coffee.

Only one place I went to had a buffet breakfast, but it wasn't nearly as varied or as nice. Apparently "breakfast included" isn't that much of a thing as it seems to be in Europe. Those without an included breakfast still had an attached cafe/restaurant of sorts; I never walked out hungry from one of those. One hotel's breakfast options were coffee, breakfast bars and mini muffins...I walked out hungry after that

Don't forget the toaster which is like little conveyor belt made out of wire. Aw it's so cute

I like my breakfast, but it has to wait one or two hours... i'm not the least bit hungry just after getting up. just some tea then.

Me too, but by that time, I'm already gone to do my rounds.And when I do get back, 9 out of 10 times I'm no longer hungry.
I'll stick to my coffee.

I couldn't find good coffee anywhere Did you? I ended up living off Star Bucks because that was the closest I could get.

I went to a Starbuck's once, but no. That was not my cup of coffee!
But I had the chance that I stayed with my brother-in-law (who lived there), so I made my own coffee. At least that was a decent one!

So, the new Pirates of the Caribbean movie is currently being filmed, and I believe they've just finished filming at a location that's about 10 minutes from my place. Johnny Depp has been making appearances in costume with fans over the last few days. Some friends of mine got to meet him, and also got an autograph (which she will get tattooed over her Jack Sparrow tattoo).

Ooh, that's so awesome. We rarely get to see any interesting celebrities here..

I like to think this is how the Wacken Hot Tub got its name
