That's what I like about the KMI/IRM in Belgium.
They indicate, next to the usual forecast, the strength of the sun in a UV index. The stronger the sun will be, the higher the UV index!

I think this should be compulsary everywhere in Europe. But that will take a lot of time, and a lot of water flowing through the Sambre/Maas/Rhein/name-your-river.
