yep, that's a good start :)

If you're serious about it, I'd recommend to get some cardio training in before you start, you'll need it ;)

Sorta working on it already. Been swimming just about every day for a few weeks now. It's helped a lot despite that I haven't gotten around to changing my diet yet. :D

that is important! :D

If you work out, run or similar, make sure to warm up ad also do plenty of stretching, it goes rather fast to get more flexible, up to a point, after that it's good to have guidance so you don't hurt yourself.

I hate running. :p Thus why I ended up at swimming... pretty much a perfect fit for me.

when first starting to do regular exersice and you don't change anything else, it still goes rather fast to work up your cardio and/or strength to a better level, it's good for the motivation that it works this way :)

Swimming is excellent training, and does not put too much strain on your body, so that's nice.

Yea... I have a hard time sticking to anything especially when it comes to exercise, so I'm glad for the fact there's a pool across the street I can go to. And it's fun, so it doesn't feel like work. :]
