If you work out, run or similar, make sure to warm up ad also do plenty of stretching, it goes rather fast to get more flexible, up to a point, after that it's good to have guidance so you don't hurt yourself.
Thus why I ended up at swimming... pretty much a perfect fit for me.Sorta working on it already. Been swimming just about every day for a few weeks now. It's helped a lot despite that I haven't gotten around to changing my diet yet.![]()

when first starting to do regular exersice and you don't change anything else, it still goes rather fast to work up your cardio and/or strength to a better level, it's good for the motivation that it works this way
Swimming is excellent training, and does not put too much strain on your body, so that's nice.
I used to be fairly flexible, but the older I get and the less I work out, the stiffer I get, it's the life I chose, so there![]()
