I don't see anything wrong with playing games... you can call it childish but it's just keeping them young, unlike some people.

Baseball: guys hitting a ball with a stick and then running around in circles
Handegg: carrying an egg-shaped ball and running into people
Hockey: trying to hit a piece of plastic in a goal with sticks
Tennis: hitting a ball back and forth over a net

They all sound silly when you think about it.
