Warum?

Kris, serious tip (from Naïk): The only way to learn how to SPEAK a language is to use it!! This means that you have to use your knowledge of German in a conversation, and no one will be laughing at you because you'll have a horrible (American English) accent. And yes, you will make mistakes, but who cares? As long as everyone knows what you mean, there is no problem at all.

Or how do you think I can use 3 foreign languages like that?

but when I´m drunk, Then I´ll speak a lot of English...with a lot of mistakes.

We´ll make a deal. I speak in German to you, and you´ll speak in English to me? Thats fair!

Oh Q, that´s correct. When I was come to this "thread" I was afraid so say "hallo" in english, because my English isn´t well. But I´ve learned a few "things" fom the user (Kris und Laila) and I´m happy about it. And I was lucky, that no one !louhged"!?!? about my english.

Und es gab in den 80er Jahren eine Band namens "Doe Maar" und die hatten in den Song "De Bom" diese Prepositionen im Text.

It's called Fälle what you're having Problems with. We got loads of them You'll just have to learn them in class I guess. There's rules to use what certain one to express a certain thing

oh ja, ist das nicht leicht
aber ich habe meine Schwierigkeiten im Englischen. Obwohl das angeblich für die Deutschen leicht ist....naja...ich habe in der Schule nicht wirklich aufgepasst

My German teacher always said: Übung macht den Meister. (he passed away a few years ago)
