But I'm disgousted by what I just read.
An American mayor had to resign because she was in an embezzlement case. Above all she committed perjury.
Now she's got to resign, but there'll be NO criminal record of her acts.
Nor did she pleade guilty for the perjury charge. (though the state has enough proof of it)
